Our calculators have a clean interface that’s easy to read and easy to use and are available for both Windows and Windows Mobile? Pocket PC.

Here are some of the features that make Advantage? a powerful tool.

UNITS AND CONVERSIONS
- Works with and displays Feet-Inches-Fractions (e.g., 24′ 7-3/16")
- User-selectable inch fraction denominator (2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, or 1000)
- Converts among and computes with over 30 different units (ft, m, lb, yd3, etc.), including both English/Imperial and SI/Metric units
- Computes directly with dimensional values (e.g., 70 lb/ft3 x 5 yd3 = 9450 lb)

KEYPADS AND ENTRY LOGIC
- Algebraic and RPN entry modes (user selectable)
- Allows entry of feet-inches-fractions using the decimal key. For example, to enter 4′ 3-21/32", you would press [4] [.] [3] [.] [2] [1]
- Allows entry of any denominator (after entering numerator, just press [.] to enter a new denominator)
- Dedicated buttons for picking the units that you use most often (you can assign the units that you want to these buttons)

DISPLAY OPTIONS
- Choice of display precision, including fixed decimal places or significant figures
- Option to reduce inch fractions to the least common denominator or leave them unreduced (e.g., 1/2" vs 16/32")
- Option to show or not show a zero before inch fractions (e.g., 5′ 0-3/4" vs 5′ 3/4")

ADDITIONAL FEATURES
- "Paperless tape" that keeps your last 20 entries (you can also recall tape values to the main display)
- Memory with 5 locations – all support store, recall, add (M+), and subtract (M-)

Amortization Schedule Calculator 1.1

Amortization Schedule Calculator

The Amortization Schedule Calculator at www.amortization-calc.com is a quick PHP script that will calculate the amortization, or loan repayment, schedule for your loan. Enter any loan amount, interest rate, mortgage time period, and start date, and you can view the loan amortization schedule by month or by year.

The monthly view of the amortization schedule shows each monthly payment for the duration of the loan, including the principal amount, interest amount, and remaining balance after that payment is applied. The yearly amortization schedule displays the total interest and principal paid each year of the mortgage, as well as the remaining balance at the end of each year. Both the monthly and yearly screens display a summary of the loan, including total interest paid, total payments, and final payment date.

The amortization calculator is a valuable tool for estimating the amount of loan you can afford. You can quickly adjust the loan amount until the monthly payments will fit comfortably into your budget, and can vary the interest rate to see the difference a better rate might make in the kind of home you can afford. And since the Amortization Calculator is online and free, you can figure out your own budget before you ever have to deal with a bank or mortgage broker.

You can also add the Amortization Calculator to your web site. If you are a realtor or mortgage broker, or otherwise deal with loans on a regular basis, this is a great free tool to help give your site visitors a good idea of their budgets, help them understand how their amortization schedule will work, and let them know that you want them to have all the information and tools they need to make a good mortgage decision.

Do note that the Amortization Schedule Calculator should be used only for estimation purposes, since its amortization calculations do not include taxes, PMI (Private Mortgage Insurance), or other escrow payments.
