Bomb Patrol is a simple strategy game in which you try to collect a certain amount of coins within a given time. Along the way, you must uncover question marks that may have bombs hidden underneath them. Similar to Minesweeper, but fast-paced with much better graphics, animation and sound. With some levels more than 4 times the size of Minesweeper’s Expert Level, you won’t just need a lesson in strategy, you’ll need a bottle of aspirin. To advance to the next level, you must fulfill your mission by collecting coins within the time limit. But be careful, watch out for those BOMBS. If you aren’t lucky enough to outrun the bomb once you’ve uncovered it, you will lose your coins and start from the beginning of the board.

Babala is a fun and fanciful game suitable for all ages. You fend off the enemy muggers (they can’t shoot) on a basic grid, amid obstacles and booby traps. The game’s defining features are mercifully simple but don’t be fooled, because it gets tough as nails to beat as the levels progress. It’s all in the campaign designs. A worthwhile scoring system is employed and record high scores can be uploaded for display at Babala.org. There are 200 discrete levels, the first 10 being a tutorial. Gameplay is strictly at your own pace, it’s never a test of reflexes.

This is a simple Logic/Strategy round-based war game of sorts, not lacking in cute animations. The enemy are arrayed on the field; intently, they dog your every turn. You’ll have only limited moves and shots to deploy during your each round, 6 or 7 tops: choose as you go from a set of 5 maximal trade-offs. Your shots are either projectile or mine, assuming you’re so armed. Following your strokes, the enemy makes a measured advance. If he reaches you, you’re mugged, you lose. There may be obstructions and certain rigged perils, critically situated, or remote ammunition stores that have to be acquired.

Must be played to be appreciated: prodigious, often diabolical, never a shortage of variety and the unexpected. And there seems always a way to best an earlier score when you ambitiously replay a level. In-game help is in English, Czech or German, as specified during installation.

This download file, InstallBabala.sh, is a shell script that installs self-contained compressed software files. It is removed with two easy "rm" commands. Alien Sheesh Flies from another universe have entered our world thru worm
holes in the cosmic fiber. Your mission is to trap them and send them
back to the Sheesh Planet. Alien Flies must keep moving in order to stay in
our world. Push the blue blocks around to trap an Alien in a single space and
it will teleport back to its world. To complete your mission you must find
all three books (red, blue and white). When all three books are brought
together, the rip in the cosmic fiber will mend and the two worlds will once
again exist in harmony and peace.
Use the arrow keys to move your player. Collect food in order to stay alive.
Collect bombs to blow your way thru barriors. To use a bomb, stand next to
the blue block you want removed, hit the space bar and then the arrow key to
throw the bomb up,down,right, or left.
Don’t touch an Alien or one of your lives will be sent out into space
thru a worm hole. If you run out of food your lives will quickly vanish, so
be carefull.
TOP-10 scores are recorded for all difficulty levels.
